Clark 160T euro torch conversion

Hi I have bought a TECHNIK DL-15 euro torch conversion with a gas solenoid but got it off ebay from Germany and no wiring diagram and I've no idea where the two red wires go to make the thing work or what the solenoid wires up to (emailed them to see if they had a wiring diagram got a fantastic reply ''NO'' thanks a bunch) any help would be much appreciated

It would go to to the wires on J1 and J2 on the circuit board. The connections may be easier to get to on the switches.

It should be a 230V solenoid.

cheers is this for the solenoid or the euro attachment its it that has the two red wires and solenoid has three pins and is 240v

The solenoid gets connected to J1 and J2 (3rd pin on solenoid is ground and is not used.)

The 2 wires from the euroconnector go to the two trigger wires from the torch. The heavy wire to the torch goes to the body of the euro connector.

It looks like it uses the power lead as one of the trigger wires, so one of the small wires would also connect with the power lead and the body of the connector.

the two trigger wires will need to connect to 1 and 5. 5 will need its current wire as well as the trigger wire as this powers the wire feed motor but you can remove the wire that connects to 1
