chop/circular saw

looking for a chop/circular saw to cut upto 3" box and tube sections.
Ive seen the rage machines from screwfix mentioned a few times on here. does anyone have any more options to throw into the mix ?

i use the evolution fury 2 cutoff saw for large box or thick stuff.
i also got the rage 3-s mitre saw for doing small stuff and both 45 angles.

dont know what there cut limits are...
im sure it says all on there website

I had a look at one of the Evolution saws in Screwfix the other day, and was not impressed by the play in the pivot mechanism; I would have a look at one first.
I ave the Dewalt equivalent, great saw but the clamp is a bit fiddly.

I got one of these 255mm Rage 3 saws about 3 years ago to cut metal, first problem is clamping your work piece down is a faff, secondly, I didn't like the way it throws chips in your face while cutting a full face shield is a must and thirdly, the blades don't last long and they are expensive to replace. Saying all that it did do a good job. I ended up buying one of Axminsters bandsaws and haven't looked back, its about half again as much but an excellent saw for the money.
