Chesterman combination set

Bought this today, didnt check it very well though. The rule has some rust which is a litgle heavy in places. Ill clean it uo, but i think it may have obliterated some of the markings.
The rule is a No80, imperial only.
If I can find another rule, maybe an imperial/metric mix if they did one, will any chesterman rule from a combination set fit?

I guess, considering how the locking mech works, the deciding factor is thickness.

You can certainly buy rules separately for Mitutoyo.
I've a set, so if you measure yours, I can check if they fit.

Ill check later but I'd assume there to be a metric/imperial difference in the thickness of steel used to make the rule.
