I use topsoil shop, great for topsoil delivered to your door. They have a huge range aswell.

Down here is deepest darkest Wiltshire are local council waste recycling skips do a top soil/ Compost mix for £1 a bag.
Or So much for a small trailer load.
Mat be worth asking.

Not sure where the 'trigger' point is [if one exists], but soil is subject to moving restrictions and afaik, technically, a Waste License is required nowadays .

Happy to be proved wrong for your sake 'though.

New shed.

Ive just realised how old this thread is!
The soil was removed.
Concrete poured
Shed built.
Shed filled.
Shed emptied.
Shed dismantled.
Moved house.
Foundations dug (another 4 tonnes!)
Concrete mixed and poured - yesterday
Shed being rebuilt on monday
