Cheapest insulation

I am building a workshop and the walls have 200mm between outside and inside

I plan to fill this with insulation

What is going to be the cheapest to shove in there

As I need ALOT

Loft insulation. 200mm
Not the best choice mind but cheapest.

It's not as bad as it used to be.
Buy a cheap spray suit and full face resp.

Cold bath/shower after is best.
Hot opens the pores and makes it worse. Might be an old wives tail tbh.
Always been pretty resistant to the irritation thabkfully.

If you need a lot of it its worth contacting an insulation company direct, when I bought mine this company in Southampton were half the money of the best ebay,builders merchant or superstore prices even with their fancy offers. Will try and rattle my addled brain into life to remember their name, dont hold your breath

There's a few insulation only stores online now that can be competitive too.

just to point out what might be the cheapest might not be the best to use in the wall

if option came to it get knauf wall insulation easier to install dont itch comes in 100mm pieces everything is used
200mm insulation is not easy to fit so consider using screws to hold it up inbetween and not forgetting you have to create air within the insulation for it to work well

I found them to be expensive compared to buying on a trade account, I set up an account with my local farmers collective and saved a fortune on building materials.

Can you remove the wall boards? If not them your best bet may be blown cavity wall wool.
