A flat, very stiff welding jig table, but for stuff that can't fit a table I keep using my brother's fireball squares. They're absolutely excellent for framing stuff like doors, becuase they square stuff AND keep it flat with the edge location tabs.
On a much cheaper end of the spectrum, I couldn't live without MIG welding pliers. I've used cheaper ones and they're ok, but my brother bought me a set of Channellock welding pliers, they're very high quality. I wouldn't like to buy a set now though, they're disproportionately expensive, I think I'd make do with cheaper ones!
These arent really a welding accessory technically, but they get used for all my metalworking needs anyway... quick clamps. Irwin make good ones. Just don't use them right next to a weld, and they last forever, they're relatively cheap, and they complement C clamps perfectly.

A choice of decent grinders and supply of cutting discs/flap wheels/grinding discs/wire wheels, clear face mask (headband style) and a decent chipping hammer, plus an air powered needle gun if you have a compressor.

More specifically, a separate grinder per task: one with a cutting disc, one with a grinding disc and one with a flap disc - life's too short (and grinders are too cheap) to faff around changing discs during a job.

a tin of anti spatter spray...spray on the shroud and tip and it helps to keep it clean...also small pair of snips or wire cutters, before each weld just snip the wire back to the end of the shroud, makes for a better start up on each run.

A powerfile is a great tool. Probably the most useful thing I've bought. New price is now around £40 but you can get used ones cheaper.
