Cheap plasma cutter

I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for some help.

I'm about to reshell my race car but want to loose some weight off the new shell. I plan to trim the inner door panels and remove the boot floor etc.

My problem is I want to do a neat job so don't want to use a jigsaw or angle grinder. I've seen a number of cheap plasma cutters on ebay and wonder if you think one of the Cut 40s would be upto this job?

I also seen a 3 in 1 for not a lot more money, are these any good for a very occassional TIG or Plamsa cutting?

I have a Cut 40 as a second Plasma.
I use it to cut up large sheets for use on my Homebuilt CNC Plasma
It mainly cuts 16swg (1.5mm) Stainless Steel, and it cuts that like a Hot knife thru' Butter
The thin metal on a car will pose no threat to a Cut 40
When I bought mine off of Ebay, I also ordered a load of consumables that should last 5 years for approx. £20

One thing i will say, all these machines say CE approved etc etc, not all are approved to European safety standard, even though they say they are. Somewhere back in the forum history not sure which thread, but there was cases of the cheap imports, shorting out on the cases and making the cases live.

I think they cured that by fitting a ceramic shroud between the case and Cable
