I tend to think you would have to either make your own, or, possibly fill the tube with sand, pack seal the ends and try again. I bought one of the above a 12 tonne unit but found it would not do the job I wanted correctly so ended up making my own to do some CDS tune 1 3/4 inch or 45 mm with 2.5 mm wall for my roll bar on the kit car.

There was someone on Ebay selling one that would do the tube sizes for around £300 plus, which was cheep at the time, except I don’t always have the cash, and not for my one off's, but I had the time.
What are you trying to bend and watch out if it is CDS tube as it is not cheep.

Tried the sand packing thing many years ago with that type of machine, in a word it does not work.
be my guest to try though, about the only pipe they'll bend with any degree of success is the CHS type general fabrication seamed pipe as used by fab shops for handrails etc,
I have a similar type machine and thats strictly all i use it for,
for anything else i use a rotary-hydraulic tube bender,
that type of machine wont do any type of thinwall exhaust type tube, CDS, chrome-moly nor stainless,
if they did everybody would buy one and nobody would buy the correct tube benders that with tooling cost in the thousands?

Depends on the intended use?
different diameters and wall thicknesses for different classes and type of racing,
for example the biggest diameter tube needed and wall thickness in 4130 tube for a pro-mod drag car is 1-5/8" o/d x 0.083" thick,
and thats for a car than can run around 250mph.
I know that you can have smaller sizes if the design has been approved by a ROPS manufacturer but if building your own I thought the ones I quoted were min as I choose the 45 x 2.5 when making my roll bar for doing sprints and hill climbs as advised by scrut.. I can see some leeway single seat racing cars min spec is listed as 42mm x 2.6mm min then goes on to another section that mentions general considerations and goes down to 35 x 2mm. The book was, and still is confusing, but I guess has to cope with older builds?
I do tend to give up with it and ask those with a better knowledge then me in the end.
