Changing inter tube in gun.

Not sure where to post this (new here)

I just bought this used mig kodiak 20amp flux and when welding the wire will jerk alittle.... like its binding for a split second but after about 3-4secs this will stop happening and it will weld fine. maybe this is normal for a mig... new at this had a stick before.

Is this iner tube in handle easy to change? I'm thinking its warped thx

hello the liner is easy to change. I'm not familiar with the particular welder but most are the same. There is a page on the tutorial section on how to do it.

Yes new tip new wire... Il check the tutorial section for changing inter tube... maybe thats it.

You should be able to get them from most welding suppliers or eBay. Well worth cleaning or replacing the swan neck liner at the same time.
