Changing from small bottle to Hobbyweld5

Hi All
I have just changed from those small gas bottles to a Hobbyweld5 bottle I have a Sealy Mightymig 150
I bought a Argon/Co2 regulator from Langley steel works as it is a side mount and fits the Hobbyweld bottle.
The problem is I am not sure how the hose from the regulator to the mig goes. When I was using the small bottle there was a small hose 4mm I think that went into the regulator this went into a larger hose 10 or 12mm via an adapter then into the back of the mig. Therefore I need to know what size of hose I need from the new regulator and do I reduce the hose from the regulator to the mig also what size should the adaptor on the mig be. I am sorry if this comes across as being ignorant but I haven't anything to compare it with any help would be appreciated.

You can get a regulator tail that fits onto the reg thread and at the other end has a push fit for your 4mm pipe on the welder. another neat way is this on ebay which looks a neat solution if your pipe is long enough.

Thanks pedrobedro the adaptor on ebay looks like a good option I will order one and see how it goes thanks again.
