center stand bolt

the center stand bolt is seized in the spacer tube between the engine and the stand lugs tried breaker bar no joy can not really belt it with a hammer because it goes through the engine casing any ideas lads
maybe drill spacer tube and squirt releasing fluid in till it gives cant really apply heat so give me a few options

cut it open with a dremmel using a slitting disk

depending on access to the bolt I would cut through the nut or the bolt head and and tap it out with a drift. I'd replace it with a new one, the centre stands take a lot of hits from road gunge so I would get it off check it for scoring and the engine mounts as well. I would replace the spring(s) as well.

Or grind through the tube with an angle grinder 'til it splits, if you're careful you won't damage the bolt, but a new one's probably best. The heat of grinding will also help break the rust that's holding the bolt.
