I have a problem with my wire feed motor controller board From Cemig 210S co2 mig welder

Check the picture ,I draw with just paint what I mean in the picture.

Where a red line around it stands is burnt up.

What do you call this part?

I want soldering and buy new, I just do not know the name of the component
