Had a 250m,pulse, was poor.went away for my lunch one day left it on standby came back was showing a fault code, not possible to do a factory reset without plugging in so it had to go back to the crowd in uk that distributes them, it was only 8 weeks old, wouldn’t recommend I got my money back and bought a fronius, never looked back. When you open the wire compartment, there was an earth wire to link the metal casing door to the main frame, small house earth wire and 2 spades on two bolts, it lasted about a week before it was broken.
