Cebora plasma power sound 35pc not working

hi everybody need some advice.

Bought recently this plasma cutter as project not working.

Overheating light constantly flashing.
Check temperature sensor correct resistance and voltage feed. Seems to be working.

Any idea of fault it can be or what to check next.

Temp light is also a fault indicator. Do you have a manual?

Got manual from cebora website.
As well manage to trace a manufacturer data sheet for actual sensor it's bimetallic type. Check resistance and feed to it all ok. Just need anybody to point me in correct direction before I start to strip it apart and desolderind other bits
