Cavity wax on fibreglass - bad?

Any thoughts on whether getting a lot of cavity wax on fibreglass would be a bad idea, or any fibreglass friendly alternatives to cavity wax? Internet has been scaremongering on the subject.

I have a silly car (as usual - this one is an ACL Rodeo 1A on a Renault 4 chassis) with a fibreglass bathtub floor on top of a floorpan chassis. They can rust badly when water gets in there. I'm thinking about a spraying in load of cavity wax and adding various vent and drain holes, but I want to do it without removing the tub. Is cavity wax OK on fibreglass?

I would have thought it fine, they use a stirene wax in the last layer of layup to stop it being sticky to the touch in some cases.

we have diesel tanks made of fiberglass so I doubt a bit of wax will hurt it.

Thanks guys. I've taken the front floor out to paint the chassis so it's only a bit of fibreglass under the rear floor that's going to get splattered with cavity wax. I'll get on with it.
