All I know is they are made by Fronius Ocean, and supposed to be pretty solid machines......

That particular model was a Fronius MagicWave 2000, very good machine in its day but its not the latest technology, probably about 10-12 yr old technology, but still a very good machine.

This one has got a water cooler fitted to the bottom also on wheels. what
would it be worth. it looks in fair condition. also why the mig connection.

some tig's are watercooled

but i think you'll find in the picture it got a dedicated tig plug on the front panel(bottom left)

on the info it says mma+tig
