Carb kit i cant find the kit i need walbro

Ok ive got a carb that I can't seam to find a kit for im prob being stupid but thought I'd throw it out to the collective see if any one recognises it or can point me to the right way

also how was the item running as some of the carbs have a 1 way valve that needs to pressed out of the casting.

a skilshop chainsaw i will post a pic soon as i can get one

also how was the item running as some of the carbs have a 1 way valve that needs to pressed out of the casting.

was not you put fuel in the bore runs or at least starts bore looks fair through exaugest so hoping its not that and the rubber bits in the carb are like cardboard so im sure thats most to do with it

ive been over most of the ones on ebay but if you look at the pic i will post in a min its the 5 holes in the the small bit of rubber that i cant get the same

yes went through the kits that will fit most of all of them but its down to the 5 holes in to the small rubber bit

Where in the carb did the small rubber bit come from ? I've done a few Walbro and Keihin carbs and don't recognise that bit.

It's the pump diaphragm.

I would go with one of the kits, the carb has cross channels where that rubber sits, they probably superseded that original with one that has less holes and rely on the cross channels to divert to other holes. .

Why not ask Walbro , no harm in sending them an e mail , they may have a kit or a replacement part number .

Oh, i thought you meant the bit with the round metal piece with 5 holes. I don't recognise that part, looks like a flow restrictor. Maybe Tilly's other Orifice.

been looking for a another day but still no luck as bob said might been upgraded to a different carb kit but its rare for the carb not to be on there site the number dont match any thing they got

ive thrown an email to them and see what they say

i might phone my local place that i get parts from and see if they have any idea as well will update when i have more news thanks for the help

just had an email back as it happens looks like the wat 10 is the one that fits but as there are 3 of the small bits like that is in pink above what one do i use ?

The problem with these thing is even if you know the model number of the machine or the carb you will often find they don't list a specific kit or it will be £20 but if you look at the image with the contents you find they are all there in a standard kit which is £6-8. Walbro are pretty well covered by a couple of kits. The Zama carbs do have the odd different one but 80% are covered by a couple of kits. You do have to have a good look because they will often had holes in different places.

You can then do what we all do, put the old ones in the just in case drawer safe in the knowledge they'll never be any use to you.
