The depth the bulb seats to is super critical
If someone has been rough and the bulb mounting is bent it will cause this problem
Try moving the bulb with the light turned on (gloves)

the issue is the position of the bulb filament in relation to the reflector, question is why is it out, either a chinesium bulb or the seat is out of place, or ?????
