My Autovip 1700 main frame is 60 x 40 x 5, photos here. The roll point starts around the centreline of the car so it goes over very easily.

Thanks for the info I found someone selling 60X60x4 at a reasonable price I googled the weight of the Jensen CV8 its approx 3480 lbs, my Alfa 105 is 2288 lbs so it should be ok(I hope) just got find a reasonable price pipe bender local to Bristol, dont realy need to buy a new one as it would only be used once.

This is as far as I've got with my rollover jig. Basically I've looked at (and in some cases measured from) photos of the NBN Chassis Tilter that C J Autos do. Based on whatever collected sections I already have lying around. My engineer mate is going to check/ spec it structurally:

So I can draw a bit, all I need to do now is learn how to weld.....

Do you have the dimensions for this? I have about 6 metres of 100 * 50 * 3/4mm to reuse from a Jig I no longer need and have been thinking of making a heavy duty Chassis tilter with it.
