I recovered one from a lake once...he thought it was a field and wanted to turn around in it...18 year old lad that was driving for Amazon as his first ever job after passing his test 2 weeks before...didn't even have his own car, rode a borrowed push bike to work.

There was another one a couple of months ago involving a RM or Parcelforce red van. Driver had driven along what was obviously a footpath next to a canal, until the undercut bank gave way, leaving the van teetering on the edge.
