Of course, if it has an imperial leadscrew, or transposing gears.
EDIT: just looked on Lathes and it seems the machine can cut both metric and imperial threads, so yes, UNF is possible. The gearbox only sets the TPI really, the threadform (UNF) is defined by the tool.
Definitely like all newer Harrisons and Colchesters from the 600 Group no need to faff about changing change wheels, leadscrews etc, just dial it in like you would any pitch.
This is the main reason I would never ever have any other make of lathe, it has ability to swap and change metric to imperial by selecting the three levers and gate on this one.
