Can I buy one of these Tripod top pieces? (pics)

I need to make a tripod from some scaffold tubes, to hang a pull lift from.

I was watching a YT video clip of a guy using what looked like a purpose built tripod with a circular top piece. This top piece held the scaffold tubes, presumably allowing them to pivot.

Is it possible to buy this sort of set up, or has it been fabricated as a 'home made tool'?

Really easy to fabricate, it would need to incorporate some method of stopping the leg splaying out,

If not I'll get some steel in and have a go. Better than buying the scaffold clips.

Yeah that's a rescue tripod, used for pulling unconscious people out of confined spaces.

I think you would need a spike or a slash cut at the bottom of each tube with a sturdy disc above it to stop it pulling the legs straight into soft ground.
