Can anyone machine a part for me?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone on the forum with a large would be kind enough to turn a small piece for a brake bleeder.
The current part is made of plastic and I'm having trouble getting the correct size seal for it, so at the moment I hVe used electrical tape to pack out the centre bore which seems to be working but I would prefer a proper fix.
I need the part made from aluminium if possible.
It's in 2 parts, the part that holds the seal is threaded.

I will try post up some pics of what the part looks like. I could send the part with the new modified dimensions I require or I could make up a detailed drawing. I don't need the parts to have the shape of the plastic ones, completely round will do.

So, it's just the threaded part you need? If so, that should be easy enough, I'd have a bash as long as you're not in a desperate rush and keep in mind I'm still learning..... What's the thread size? The bit in pic 3 looks a bit more intricate and maybe beyond me.

stef1 You could always try using a couple of O rings of the correct diameter and cross section rather than the tape to pack out the bore.

Fintray, I only used the tape as an experimental measure to see if a wider section would make the seal tighter - I dont intend to use it like that.
