Hi folks.
I'm hoping that I'm not breaking any forum rules here - if I am, please let me know and I'll delete the post.
I have a mini lathe and I have less than mini-skill. However, I need to make some parts and I just can't make them in time - and was wondering if someone else would be willing to knock them up for me one evening. Obviously I'll order the material to be delivered to you and will also provide beer-funds and postage.
I need to make twenty-two little aluminium pieces as per the drawing below:

To all intents and purposes I'm describing a 1/4" flat head solid rivet, and I'd use one if I could but unfortunately the commonly available ones have much smaller heads and are made of incredibly soft material. I'd look for this to be made from either 3/4" or 20mm round bar (but can go as low as 16mm and as high as 24mm if needs be) which tends to come in 6XXX-series aluminium.
For info they are little caps that will be epoxy panel bonded onto the back of an aluminium panel to fill a series of redundant holes and provide a flush finish.
If anyone feels like taking it on, please do let me know - I think the tolerances I've spec'd are all DIY machinist achievable. I've boxed myself into a corner with this one.
Cheers.
