My camper conversion is 99% done but I've still got the bathroom door to make.
I was going to make it from 12mm hardwood ply and stick PVC hygiene sheeting to both sides. Similar to how I made the walls.
But, someone on the camper conversion FB group has tried using ply and the door has twisted leaving a gap at the bottom. As it's unsupported the ply isn't stable enough, I guess.
Anyone got any ideas? I thought maybe a couple of bits of PVC faced foamex board stuck together but don't know how durable it will be.
And then there's Alu composite panels but I've only seen it available at 3mm
