Buying British - 25mm Plastic Side Clips?

I'm starting a little business, making products that involve 25mm webbing. I need 25mm black plastic side clips to attach two ends together - standard sort of stuff that you see on bags and rucksack the world over.

I'd like the clips to be made of recycled plastic, I have imported some from Germany, but really I'd prefer British made.
My GoogleFu isn't up to the task of finding such a product - does anyone have any suggestions please?

Thanks - I've contacted Ace to see what they say, but as they don't promote recycled or British, I don't hold out much hope.
Webfittings I've already been in contact with, and have yet to get an answer back about manufacture.

Of which plastic are they made? What process is used to manufacture them? Do some research to see how the material properties change when it is recycled and whether the manufacturing process is suitable for non-virgin material. Find other items that are made of the same material in its recycled state and assess the conditions under which they are used compared to virgin polymer. That might prevent you embarking on a fruitless journey.

Parts of the side clips are suject to quite large stresses, so may not be amenable to manufacture from recycled plastics which, as Agroshield says, are generally better suited to making parts that are likely to experience lower stresses e.g. park benches, bollards, and the like.

Thanks @Agroshield - what you've said echoes the more complete reply from Ace - who contacted their producers was " if they were to use recycled plastic; they would be unable to guarantee quality as well as things like breaking strain etc.

I know they CAN be made from recycled, as I have some here which I imported. What technique was employed to achieve that I don't know - I have enough to do, so want to leave that sort of thing to clever chaps with labs to play in.

Nylon would be the plastic of choice, it can be recycled /remelted but its not a common consumer plastic, except things like power tool bodies/battery casings. I imagine producers would pay a premium for clean recycled nylon to get their green credentials, and suspect a lot of it would be used for clothing thread.

Aluminium clips perhaps? This thread reminds me I need to swap out a bad plastic clip on my running backpack. It'll get a mini carabiner and clove hitch on some cord tied to webbing.

I've looked at the metal clips, but don't really like 'the look'.
