Buying a new welder

Hi all new to the forum, looking at adding another string to the bow by learning the art of Mig welding. The starter welder ive decided to opt for is the Clarke 150TE which im hoping will get me on the way.

Its seems machine mart is the best option to go with, does anyone know if they do a january sale or vat free day, if so ill hold off to save a few pennies. Thanks guys

i have the 150 gas version and its powerful enough for me to build wood stoves so should be fine for you
