Butt welding clamps

The little small ones for car body work, does anyone know who might supply them.

They clamp from the back with a wing nut, once you have tacked up the panel you twist them 90 degrees and they pull out.

I've googled them with out much success, I expect I might have the name wrong.

Having looked at some at the NEC this weekend I am thinking of having a go making my own. Welding the flat steel to the machine screw slot should be good practice!
