Buse gas direct debit emails

Hi, has anyone else had emails recently from Buse saying they're changing their direct debit system & need a new DD mandate filled out?
Is it legit or a 3rd party scam?

Likely a scam. Do you use Buse?
If it were me, I'd would ignore the email and phone their published CS number to confirm. Dont click any links in the email, search for them on google.

Can't answer your question but I will say from experience that Buse accounts dept are the most incompetent bunch of muppets I have ever had the misfortune of dealing will. They kept getting my billing wrong and even sending me someone else's bills. Then they sent someone else's bills with my name on and their account number.
