Very very glad to hear that you guys have some better kit. A rifle that doesn't work is a stick! I know what you mean about the cheap mags. Mine would never pick up the last round off the follower. A real pain. I then cross sectioned an old .223 casing and Araldited it to the follower. That worked!

very nice guns I have 32 in. pump action bit of a monster an old Reno and semiautomatic .22 both of which are getting the chop and I've just bought a 22 Hornet all for a stock protection
I have fired a few Winchesters colt 45 and semiautomatic handgun belonging to a friend of mine in a state he has around 40 weapons in all my two favourite would-be his dillinger
which is great fun for target practice and the Gatling gun which I didn't get fire

Ey up fella. Yes, I have a fully open ticket. I know what you mean about getting them out and using them. Been a little quiet just recently. No, truck still in pieces. Now making a front winch bumper. Looking quite good. will post I guess for comments. No front OR rear diff in the damn thing at the mo. Rear ready to go back in, but still fitting ARB diff lock to the front one.

We need to do some Pigwins. Bit low on shells actually.

why not sparkey, theres more risk invoved showing cars etc on the net. when you own firearms you keep them very secure. the only way you would be able to get into my cabinet would be to cut through the door, pins etc

these are the cabinets i use (above)
not the best but theyexceed police regs. ive tried pulling, crowbaring etc mine off the wall. no chance. 300mm studs in the base x4 fixing points, 6x 200mm studs in the back using resin fixes. thats just one cabinet, the other shotgun cabinet had 6 fixings but i dont use that at the minute, was only a 3 gun one. so its in the loft.
you'd be supprised how difficult it would be to break into one with only basic tools.
i wouldnt like to try and break into FF'S house, far too many guns lol
i am sure that FF will have far better security than me

you have to have a licence, police checked etc etc. some experience with guns. safety aware etc.
best way to get into it is to tag along with a few lads who go,get the idea of what you need to do, ask lots of questions.
then get yourself an airifle and shoot alot of paper before attempting live quarry.
then apply for sgc or fac or both.
its a bit more complecated than that but it give you a general idea

Sparkey, it may be a fairly small country, but showing pics of what I own is neither illegal nor unsafe I can assure you. Remember that gunshops actually advertise! If you want firearms in this country, you either go down the route that I have and acquire them legally at great expense or buy them off a Russian trawler. You do not go to the efforts needed to break into my house. Besides, you'd have to find me first and as my house doesn't even appear on GPS mapping, you may struggle. But also you would have to break into at least two of my 5 cabinets to be able to get all the working parts and a 3rd to get any ammunition. I don't protect my collection because the law says I have to, I do it because it's valuable and I could not afford to have it pinched.

There is a hysteria surrounding guns in this country. When actually, the hysteria should be about people! Look at who they give driving licenses to.

They are all quite safe I can assure you. Anyone tries anything funny and I will zap them with ..... my MIG!

Yes, it's different for every country...here in France you need to have a hunting licence....(don't get me started on that a bunch of drunk blokes running around with loaded guns...)
Do you get to shoot your guns too? at a club or something? That's better than just having them...
We have one too, we live on a farm so... hehe, mr sparks only shoots crows that mess up the plastic on the silo...you would be amazed how smart those ******s are! If they see him with the gun they're gone! lol
