Hi all,
Son has just had a new stereo for his car and has now decided his speakers aren't up to it.
He wants a set of budget speakers that produce reasonable sound accross a decent range, tending towards low end.
The car is a mk2 Fiat punto facelift.
I have convinced him that anything he spends on ICE is pretty much dead money unless he plans to rip it all out when he sells it. So he is trying to limit what he spends without sacrificing too much quality.
The top end of his budget is £60 for four speakers. The stereo ouputs 55w and the speakers need to be 4 ohm.
I know nothing about car speakers but I am sure there is an audiophile on here that will know of something suitable.
Richard
