brush on enamel supplier (online)

Hi folks,

Other than risking some dodgy stuff off ebay, anyone know of a supplier online of enamel type paint and suitable primer, preferably that mix ral colours, as I'm struggling to find anyone near me with the right colour. (RAL 7009 green grey if your bothered!).

I used this so called dodgy supplier and was happy with their paint...give them a ring, now't lost.

I use 'Fascinating Finishes' in Hull. They do an efficient postal service and will mix to any RAL colour. They sell various grades. I use their 'Tractor Paint' and their 'Machine Enamel' both of which are available in full gloss or sheen. They do a rust inhibiting primer in the same range. They also have an ebay store and take paypal.

yep ive used the same place as zzr1200 was really good, ended going mad and painting everything in the workshop green until i ran out of paint !

cheers guys, i want meaning all ebay is dodgy, i buy loads off there, but im not sure what paint i need and the descriptions are never the same so its difficult to find one thats right?!

I contacted smith and allen, cant find fascinating finsihes anywhere? and the one zzr1200 said about doesnt list any mixed to your colour, but i havent contacted them yet.

Do you have any automotive paint suppliers near to you? They'll usually stock and mix enamels to whatever colour you want.

Other than body shops and halfords, no not that I know of. Might have a scour of google and see.

I would ask at a local body shop or engineering place, they must get their paints from somewhere, always a good place to ask is professionals who use what your looking for, they dont use the expensive retail places....
