Brush for cleaning injector seat

I couldn't find an end brush in either wire wool or abrasive nylon that would fit down the injector hole so I made my own by winding a piece of contour sanding pad (like kitchen scouring pad only a bit coarser) around a length of studding. The hose clip need to be tight to stop the pad riding up the studding. It worked really well. Spin it with an electric drill and within a few seconds the injector seat is clean without damaging the metal .

Things like these brushes and seat cutters are ok if you can connect an air supply to a glow plug adaptor to stop crap going into the combustion chamber.

Bob is right. It does make a bit of a mess. I plugged the injector hole before starting and used the workshop vacuum cleaner to remove all the debris before removing the plug.
