Hi All,
We manufacture lab furniture out of 60x40 mild steel box section. we mitre the corners and fully weld all round. When they go to the painter they heat the table in the oven to burn most of the oil but once they are powder coated a brown residue ( oil ) comes through the mitred edge which looks terrible.
Can anyone think of a way to sort this problem. Thanks
