Brown MIG200

Hi everyone, I bought this welder at an auction and it seems ther's a problem. Maybe some more experienced guys will know how to fix it. I don't find any schematics or whatever on the net. I have included two pictures from the wiring diagram at the innerside of the welder. Problem is that the fus F (1amp) in the primary of the transformator is blowing, which means that the driver board for the wire motor is not working. The board has two adjustable pots , one for the wire speed and one timer (?).
Is there someone who can help me with this problem? Or maybe there's a similar welder type (another name) with this kind of driver board?

It's the fuse on the above picture which is connected to 12 on the transformator.

First thing I would do is disconnect the secondary of the transformer (10 & 3). If the fuse still blows then the transformer is faulty, if it doesn't then suspect the printed circuit board, or perhaps the motor.

Any chance of a photo of the PCB? So we can see what's on there or if there are any signs of damage?

Pictures of the PCB

I have included two pics of the PCB . The large radiator is for cooling an IRF9530 mosfet, the small one on the left is a TIP41C transistor and in between ther is a TIC206M triac. The ic is an LM329N. I can't see any damage on the PCB, but the underside of the mosfet and the triac seemed to be soldered (replaced?), so i don't know if these components are original. Meanwhile i will disconnect the secundary of the transformer to see if the fuse still blows.

The red potentiometer is for the speed of the wire, the other one for the timer.

When does the fuse blow? When you turn it or or pull the trigger?

If it still blows when disconnecting the secondary, try disconnecting the fan.

Ok , thanks, i will try this tomorrow because right now i'm at home and my shed is a few hundred meters from here and it's dark( i still have to arrange the lighting and a lot of other things). Meanwhile some pics of the welder inner and outer side.

Without the PCB , the fuse isn't blowing, the fan is working. Now i'm going to ty and connect the PCB again to see what's happening.

Problem solved, changed Triac on PCB, now it's running fine

I know it has been a while since the last post on this controller but I have one that the wre feed does not work all other functions are ok.
It doesnt blow fuses, the wire feed motor has been tested and works fine.
Does anyone have any ideas or what would be nice is a circuit of the controller.

Being a bit pedantic here, we often see requests for circuits and schematics... my view is that if you're clued-up enough to understand the circuit diagram, you probably know enough about electronics to trace the board and draw your own schematic...
