Best way I find for removing a seized bleed nipple is to heat the immediate area up then apply ice to the actual nipple. These things shear off too easy.Well I talked that up didn't I, just snapped one of in a sheard off bleed nipple.
MIG and a nut sorted it in the end.

My mates car went into a local garage for a service - they sheard the nipple & then wanted to charge £200 to change the caliper! They also missed the fact that the front pads had delaminated from the steel backers!

have you seen weldingtipsandtricks video on stud removal , i tried this a couple of times it works a treat , tig weld a blob on to the stud , keep building it up until you can grip it with the mole grips then turn it out , worked both times for me
