Moved a rad from one wall to the adjacent wall.
Now the boiler has lost pressure What I did.
Shut the valve each end of the old rad.
Took it off
Swung the microbore pipes that come down the wall corner wall round to the other wall where I hung a new rad.
Connected it up.
Bled it.
Left both valves open.
Went to the shed too play with my compressor.
Things I did wrong.
Picked up spanner.
Didn't turn the boiler off before touching anything.
Maybe put a kink in the pipe twisting it, although the rad did fill ok.
Didn't check pressure guage on boiler until missus told me there's no hot water.
Can't think of anything else , but that doesn't mean anything.
I opened the repressurise valve but the guage didn't move, there wasn't the usual rushing noise of water in the pipe.
I bled all the rads. One on the landing nothing comes out.
So that's where I'm up too.
Any ideas?
Its an old Vokera, Linea.
Cheers.
