You get a medicated rub from the chemist. Apply allover the body. Pay close attention to between the toes and armpits, any warm places etc. The doc will advise.

Oh yeah and maybe get rid of them little blighters too if they have nowhere to live. (reading up seems to show that shaving doesn't actually get rid of crabs)
