Brass tubing?

I've been ask to bend some 19mm x 1.5mm tubing .
I know I can bend steel ok but brass.
can it be bent around a former?
would it not be to brittle to bend?
a guy want a brass grab rail for his show vespa scooter.

Either anneal it or bend it at red heat. It bends like butter with the latter, and easily with the former. If you anneal it and just work it cold, you may need to anneal it again occasionally if/when it starts work hardening.

Usually very similar to copper, when annealed.

Brass will work harden a lot quicker than copper though so up will need to heat and anneal if you work it a bit and stop.
