I bought a new dhy8000selr and have set it up but cant get it running, there is diesel going through the fuel pipe but it just won't start have tried a bit of easy start but that didn't get it going either, there's no smoke coming out of the exhaust if that means anything? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. (As soon as I've worked out how to upload a video I will)

As it's brand new have you checked there is oil in the sump!
