Brake Pipe Flaring Tool

I'm currently in the middle of rebuilding my racing buggy and I'm going to replace all the brake and clutch pipes. I've got one of the cheap ebay flaring tools and its rubbish doesnt even flare the pipe properly or q Can anyone advise on a good flaring tool that I can get ?

The old Sykes pickavant flare master that you mount in a vice are the top of the range when it comes to flaring copper brake and clutch pipes, but there not cheep.

Which cheap one did you get ? There are some not so cheap that work like the old Moprod flaring tools and get good reviews. As it says on the container, don't eat the grease. (they put the warning on special for me)

The Sykes vice mounted is the best you can get but its no use for in situ use

recently got one like this , works as advertised , makes good flares everytime and is pretty much fool proof , no teeth marks on the pipe either

I used one of these to make a full car set of pipes, worked flawlessly even on Knuifer. They aren't too bad to use in situ with a ratchet spanner.

I've got one of those and it's a great tool, however it is a bit of a one trick pony in that it only does one size pipe, mine is the 3/16" one and can make single and double flares.
