Boxford model A metric lathe gears

Just been looking at the gears on my lathe, I was setting up using the 135/127 gears, to do an imperial thread,

The original change gears that came with the lathe are 20,50,80,56
I thought that it should have had 20, 50, 80 and 45

Not done threading on the lathe for some years, but I don’t remember it being a problem when I did,

Should it have a 45 tooth gear instead of the 56?
I have seen plates on later models with the 20/50 then the 80, feeding the lead screw with a 45

Anyone have a spare, I suspect not

Should it have a 45 tooth gear instead of the 56?

Make of this what you may, but if you look at these eBay listings, from three independent sellers, none of them list a 45t:

There is a (somewhat confusing to a non-Boxford owner) thread here that appears to list every combination (imperial/metric/gearbox/non-gearbox) of machine Boxford ever made, with charts for everything.

On that basis, one of them is likely correct for the machine in this here thread. And some of the pictures do indeed list a 45t gear.

I have seen the newer AUD models with it listed on the plate, to use a 20 or 50 combined with an 80 and 45, to cut standard metric threads using the gearbox

So I assume my earlier model uses the same, I would therefore expect it to be supplied with the machine,

Anyhow the thread I need 6TPI requires a 50, then the 135/127 combo, then the 45 then using 7D on the gearbox

I have a metric VSL with the 135/127T combo plus (as far as I know) all the other required gears; I can check and see if there is a 45T in the set.
