i bouth a bottle regulator, equal to the picture

is the valve fully close, full gas pressure and valve fully open, no pressure ??

Do you get a much vibration in Lisbon ? When the valve on the cylinder is open and there is pressure on the diaphragm it should not be loose.

By the looks of it the left hand gauge measures bottle pressure and should show a reading when the bottle valve is open.

If the right hand gauge measures pressure it should show a reading according to the setting on the black knob. (Bottle valve open)

If it's a flow gauge it should only give a reading when the trigger is pulled on the torch. (Bottle valve open)

If the knob is working loose take it back to where you bought it or you could try tightening the nut that the shaft it fits to goes through. You can get at the nut by removing the knob, either a straight pull or there may be a screw holding the knob on.
