Bottle ID? (again!)

I purchased a chinease TIG, and it came from the seller with the bottle below. I dont know any more than the photos show, as its still all about 150 miles away at the moment, and the seller knew no more either.

Any ideas? Im thinking there cant be that many companies who paint their argon tanks blue?

(im thinking in terms of where to get a refill)

You cant read the writing, but, i reckon its recognisable, if seen before?

Didn't think an Argon cylinder was blue in the UK, more green?
