Bolt head caps that don't come off?

Hi folks - I need to put some caps over some M10, M12 and M16 bolt heads.

Has anyone found any covers that go on securely and don't fall off with vibration?

These ones from Accu look ideal... but I only need two of each and the minimum order is 100+.

I haven't had much luck with the common plastic dome ones that are held on with friction, they keep falling off.

Appreciate any links or advice.

You need a lathe...

Two of each.. I can turn some if that helps. Colour choice is blue.

Try searching for locking nut caps or something like that.
Some horse box builder places supply them, they are normally fitted to playground swings and stuff so a supplier of that might be cheaper.
Or take a walk down the park...

a spot of adhesive (Purflex/PU40 etc etc) that bonds to the type of plastic cap/bolt used would be my suggestion, some abrading/degreasing may be required....
