I've used these guy's before for reconditioned pcb's. https://www.cetltd.com/
They're in Watford so a bit far off but worth a call.
I'd have a really good look at the solder joints as it's often these that fail.

My plumber used them too. Got my boiler back working for a very reasonable price!
