BOC Mig Master 130 Turbo Printed Circuit board details

I have a BOC Mig Master 130 Turbo and it has a fault on the Printed Circuit board which controls the wire feed motor speed. A member of Model Engineering forum kindly sent me a picture of the board, two diodes with a resistor between the pair are badly burnt, ( the three are top right), such that I'm unable to ascertain the resistor value. If you know the resistor value and have any other knowledge of this welder please share it with me. John

If this is the same as the Cebora 130 turbo, here is a photo of the speed control board. I think the resistor values can be determined by their colour bands.
