Just phoned boc on 01619306014 and changed my W size to a Y and got it changed to the Volkszone pricing (im now a low user) done in two seconds but only because my account was in my name not a business name, have to wait for the receipt for the charge,

One confusing thing they do is keep the anniversary of the yearly rental the same so the bill doesn't make sense at first as you are charged for remaining months to the anniversary date.
