Hi folks
new on here and only recently picked up the welder after we got one at work to play with. Been a steep learning curve! Currently restoring my E30 and putting a cage in it (I’m not doing that bit).
have done most of the seams on the car but does anyone have tips of technique when coming across seam sealer. Trying to get as much out of burn it out but the residue can really mess up the weld with some funky red flames.
just a few pics of build so far. Trying to do as much myself before sandblast and primer. Chosen the deepest of deep ends...
Cheers
Chris
