Impossible in reverse, the artic unit would have to steer side to side to keep the trailer in line. Possible forwards just, but even then there would have to be a "tie" between the vehicles to stop them moving to far apart, so he didn't lose grip.

Assuming you don't have any fundamental weakness in your hips, knees, ankles or lower back, 8-12 weeks of daily 15 minutes practice to achieve a full split.

It's not about actually stretching anything - you simply have to retrain your pain receptors to realise it's not actually goingto damage anything.

The problem lies in discovering you *do* have a "fundamental weakness in your hips, knees, ankles or lower back" and spending six weeks with your knee in a cast (AMHIKT )
